FAQ'S

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Once your order is placed, and processed, you will receive an email stating that your order has been dispatched. This will contain your order ID number, the shipping method you have selected, and the items you have ordered.

HOW IS MY PARCEL SHIPPED?

At Swollen Society, we want you to have your purchase as soon as possible and express mail* every order. Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days.
* Australia only. International orders will be dependent on your selected shipping method.

WHAT IF IM NOT HOME?

Your order will either be left in a secure location at your nominated address or a postal collection slip will be left in your mail box.
Please note, this decision is made at the discretion of Australia Post delivery staff.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?

Absolutely! Here at Swollen Society we use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address, credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer or electronic device and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG OR FAULTY ITEM

We hope this will never be the case, but if this occurs please send us a message with your order ID, the name of the product you were supposed to receive, (for a faulty item – a picture of the fault or damage to the garment and further details of the problem), within 7 days of receiving your order. Swollen Society will cover the costs of the return shipping of any faulty items.

Please note, Swollen Society will not accept any items that have been washed or worn after dispatch.
